Refund Policy

If Confirmed reservation is canceled 2 days in advance including the day of reservation, 10% of the room charge will be deducted and remaining amount would be refunded.

If confirmed reservation is cancelled within 2days and upto 6 hours before the Schedule arrival at the Resort, 50% of the room charges would be collected and remaining shall be refunded. If confirmed reservation is canceled within 6 hours and upto the scheduled arrival time at the Resort.
